City Theatrical's SHoW DMX SHoW Baby, winner of the LDI 2011 Widget of the Year is now available for purchase or rental from Starlite Productions.
SHoW Baby is a wireless DMX transceiver, meaning it can be either a transmitter or a receiver. The award judges commented that SHoW Baby has the easiest user's manual around. "For a transmitter, plug DMX in, for a receiver, don't." SHoW Baby utilizes a clever DMX input jack that senses when a DMX cable from the lighting console is plugged in, and configures itself to be a transmitter. Without sensing DMX in, it configures itself as a receiver. There are no other user choices to make; SHoW Baby is entirely plug-and-play, with no buttons to push, settings to adjust, or menu options to choose.
While SHoW Baby is simple to set up, it utilizes the same state-of-the-art, high fidelity, low latency radio as City Theatrical's top of the line professional system, SHoW DMX Neo, giving it a range of 100m [328'] indoors and 500m [1,640.4'] outdoors. SHoW Baby also utilizes adaptive frequency hopping in the 2.4GHz band so it will not interfere with, or be interfered by, other radio signals.

Dan Dugan's professional audio career spans the last four decades and he is widely recognized as the inventor of the automatic microphone. So when Dan Dugan Sound Design and Yamaha Commercial Audio Systems introduced the Dugan-MY16 Automatic Mixing Controller Card for Yamaha digital consoles it caused great excitement.
Sound engineers can now manage multiple live mics without continually riding individual faders. The Dugan-MY16 automatically detects the active mics and makes fast, transparent cross-fades without the distracting sonic artifacts common to noise gates.
It tracks unscripted dialogue perfectly and maintains consistent system gain for up to 16 open mics. With the Dugan-MY16, cueing mistakes and late fade-ups are a thing of the past!
The MY16 is compatible with the following Yamaha Digital Consoles:
01V96,
DM1000,
02R96,
DM2000,
M7CL,
LS9,
DSP5D,
PM5D,
DME24/64N
