To send a product in for repair, please follow the instructions below:
NOTE: STARLITE PRODUCTIONS WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PRODUCT FOR REPAIR WITHOUT A SERVICE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA).
The Service RMA number enables us to track your product throughout the service process and products sent in for repair without a Service RMA number will be refused.
All repair and diagnostic services are subject to our terms and conditions of repair.
Once you receive the Service RMA number from our service department, please ship your unit(s) freight prepaid and insured, in original factory carton (when possible) or other adequate packaging with a minimum of 3" of packing material on all sides. The RMA number should be clearly listed on the outside of the package.
